We are recruiting for a Trust Specialist to join an Family ran business on the Estate Management team, that consists of Estate Planning administrators and advisers.
As Trust Specialist you will hold signing meeting with clients, Assisting in the Estate Planning projects and new process ideas, Trust registration and Fulfilment.

Office based
£35,000 - £42,000

- Drafting of legal documents
- Maintain excellent Client experience and relations
- Handling Trust Fulfilment cases
- Periodic Charge planning and reporting
- Drafting Wills, Trusts & LPAs
- Experience in a Legal/Estate Planning role is essential.
- Experience in Will/Trust drafting is essential.
