Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Enfield, London
Salary: £30,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading distributor of security and other low-voltage products. They pride themselves on providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Internal Sales professional to join their team in Enfield, London.
Key Responsibilities:
" Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
" Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide expert advice on product selection
" Process orders efficiently and accurately
" Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
" Keep up to date with the latest products and industry trends
" Face 2 face sales over a trade counter as well as inbound calls and emails.
Key Requirements:
" Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
" Knowledge of security, AV, or low-voltage products is a plus
