Our client is a national developer undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in Gerrard's Cross, Buckinghamshire.
The position will report into the Head of Commercial.
You will oversee a couple small housing projects in Berkshire. Both projects are traditional build (30 units & 20 units).
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on housing developments (Traditional Build) and a stable work history.
In return, our client is offering £55k - £65k (basic) + full package and bonus.
