Our client is a globally recognised supplier of military technology, seeking a Project Manager to join their Operations team in leading key projects in production. As Project Manager you will oversee the coordination, management and delivery of projects in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Duties for the Project Manager include:

• Plan objectives for the project, preparing cost analysis and defining objectives for departments.
• Delegate project tasks between team members, identifying individual skills and experience.
• Liaise with other departments for production schedules and delivery of materials.
• Perform risk analysis to minimize disruption.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
• Track team and project performance to identify production schedules.
• Adapt to budgetary constraints.
• Any other duties required.

The successful Project Manager will have / be:

• A proven track record in project management in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for client facing decision-making.
• Certification in Project Management is desirable.
• Expert leadership skills with the ability to lead teams of people.
• Natural negotiation and critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing budgets.
