Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative range of intruder alarm products and cloud-based technology solutions to security installation companies across the South West. This role is a blend of account management and new business development, where you will:

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Provide technical support to customers
- Work towards financial targets and KPIs
- Self-generate leads to drive new business and growth in the region

What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: £45,000  
- Uncapped Commission: OTE £60,000+  
- Benefits: Company car or allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and private healthcare
