We are currently looking to recruit experienced Labourers. You must be based in or within a commutable sunderland
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and cleaning of construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Operating hand and power tools as required.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Performing general site maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assisting with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Handling waste materials and ensuring proper disposal.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by the site manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) ticket.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
