Project: Rainscreen Cladding Replacement
Company: Tier 1 Contractor
Overview:
We have been appointed to design, supply, and install new rainscreen cladding for the ISV Roath building in Cardiff Bay. This project involves the removal and disposal of the existing cladding system and key installations to enhance building safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full design process for the rainscreen cladding replacement.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to develop detailed design plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage documentation and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support to the installation team to resolve design-related issue.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of cladding systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
Preferred:
Experience with cladding replacement projects.
Familiarity with building safety standards and best practices.
