Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Eastcheap  - London

Salary: 75– 85k per annum

Hours of Work: Full time, 40 hours per week

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate (flexible for notice periods)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in managing regional build projects, such as schools, hospitals, or universities in the Eastcheap area of London.

Duties of a Project Manager:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading regular site meetings with the project team

• Ensuring the project runs within schedule and budget

• Reviewing methods of working and materials to optimise commercial profitability

• Creating and agreeing on short term programmes with the supply chain

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role working on regional build projects
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comprehensive site management experience gained over a sustained period

Desirable Skills and Experience:

It would be advantageous for the candidate to possess the following:

• CITB level 3 Safety Course

• CSCS Card – Appropriate level

• Professional qualification
