I am currently looking to speak with an experienced Proposal Manager Specialist who will l ead the commercial efforts on the lifecycle of the bid process to join a client based in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial aspects of the bid process, working closely with operations and subject matter experts in areas such as legal, tax, finance, compliance, and risk.

responsibilities will include implementing commercial strategies that align with business objectives and pursuit requirements, as well as developing commercial principles and pricing models for pursuits and joint ventures.

Conducting due diligence to identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and financial risks will be essential.

Will prepare commercial submission documents in line with client specifications and ensure compliance with internal policies throughout the bid process.

Collaboration with the sales team is crucial, as you will work together to develop and implement action plans, win strategies, and competitor analyses.

Daily engagement with the Senior Sales Manager will ensure accuracy and timeliness of commercial submissions.

Maintaining accurate data in the regional Client Relationship Management System and sharing best practices within the sales team will be key.

Minimum Requirements

Proficient in cross-team and inter-office communication within diverse disciplines. Demonstrated expertise in Lead Engineer roles spanning pre-FEED to EPC stages, with a preference for EPC experience.

Well-versed in relevant codes and standards and their design implications. Strong communication abilities to motivate and enable team members.

Subject matter expert in a specific piping sub-discipline.

Holds Bachelor or Master in Engineering / or Finance equivalent qualification
