Located in the heart of Oxford, England, their college offers a vibrant learning environment in one of the world's most iconic university cities. They are looking for Night House Parents to work within the Boarding Department of the College. The aim of The Night House Parent role is to provide Security and Care to their students over the duration of the night, and to ensure that all students have access to an appropriate care figure, who can provide support to them, as required.
 
This position averages at 25 hours per week, over a two-week rolling rota, including working every other weekend. The Night (Awake) House parent works under the direction of the Night Boarding Manager. As a House Parent you will be the student's key pastoral care figure in a Boarding House, providing high quality care to our students. The role would suit a suitably qualified candidate with a caring, mature, organised and dedicated nature. You must enjoy working with teenagers and young Adults.
