Adults Social Workers needed in Cornwall Council
You will be required to:
- Complete Care Act Assessments
- MCA/BIA decisions
- Support planning
- Follow process of requesting care and support
- Main focus on reablement/ assistive tech/ community resources.
This is a hybrid role, ideally working 3 days in the area and 2 days working from home.
