Hybrid role: There is a mandatory expectation to work from the office twice per week.


About the role

We are searching for Customer Service Advisors to work within our teams. We have several service teams that support our customer ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony, to supporting our customers via email and website communications.

Skills/Experience Required

To be successful in this role you'll be able to work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion. Ideally, you'll possess excellent customer service skills within utilities, although training can be provided. Your communication and decision-making skills will be second to none and you'll have excellent attention to detail.

* Minimum 1 year call handling experience within a contact centre environment (inbound or outbound). Utilities experience would be beneficial but it not essential for the role.
