As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in weekend work as required.
- Enhancing your clinical skills and people management abilities.
- A valid NMC PIN.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- The ability to work flexibly, including some weekends.
