Job Title: Handyman (Commercial Building)

Currently they are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and supplies.
• Provide support for office moves, furniture assembly, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK driving license.
