We are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor, based in oxford, this is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options (flexing your hours on different days to suit your lifestyle).

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Process payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
  • Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments, RTI submissions, pension deductions etc.
  • Calculating auto enrolment pension deductions and ensuring compliance
  • Uploading pension contributions and starters to appropriate pension portal
  • Preparation of P45s, P60s, Starter Declarations and other relevant forms as required

Experience/skills required:

In order to succeed in this role you will need at least 1-2 years’ prior experience of working in a Payroll team. 
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including when under pressure
  • Very organised and good at following procedures
  • Calm and confident, with a professional manner
  • Good at solving problems and able to adopt a logical approach
  • Excellent team working skills
