Roc Search are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to work on a contract basis for a multi-discipline engineering consultancy.

You will work as part of the team responsible for the delivery of the client's portfolio of interesting and challenging projects. The client offers flexible hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite/office based.

The client offers a good working environment and the possibility of a longer-term contract.

We are looking for a candidate to as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• Complete Basis of Design document for projects, confirm scope and requirements
• Develop P&IDs detailing new lines and tie-ins to existing plant
• Complete line and tie in list, equipment list and valve lists
• Work with mechanical and CAD engineers to determine new line routings
• Complete pump sizing calculations and datasheets
• Carry out hydraulic calculations to confirm line sizing
• Complete equipment datasheets for vessels, pumps and valves where appropriate
• Participate in HAZOP study for new project scope and address corrective actions
• Complete relief and vent calculations

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial or similar).
• Previous experience working as a Process Engineer in a Chemical, Distillery, Pharmaceutical, or COMAH related manufacturing environment.
