The Office and Facilities Coordinator should have experience in:

  • Facilities Administration
  • Supplier negotiations
  • Commercial Contact Administration and Terms
  • Document management systems (Quality Management)
  • H&S requirements in an office environment
  • Risk assessments
  • Quality Management Systems and ISO9001
  • IT and Office Systems - including knowledge of UK-GDPR and cyber security
  • IOSH (Desirable)
  • Intermediate MS Office
