SAP Data Analyst - Outside IR35

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Data Analyst to join a Global Transformation Programme team. The SAP Data Analyst will play a critical role in the successful implementation and will possess strong data management, analysis, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the local client teams to assess and understand the legacy data sets
* Review existing migration tools and provide recommendations for improving performance of the migration process
* Implement potential new tools, scripts, queries or applications for accessing, analysing and migrating data
* Work with Global Process Owners, business analysts and local client teams to translate legacy formats into to-be formats using standardised documentation
* Analyse and interrogate data within data sources to help build load files for migration
* Create input files that meet the data migration requirements for loading into the target system
* Load data, relationships, and related attachments into the test environment following the agreed load plan, investigate and mitigate issues arising, and prepare success logs

Requirements:
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, with a focus on SAP ERP systems, preferably in a global transformation programme context.
 Proven experience in data migration, integration, and quality management.
 Proficient in SAP data ETL and data SAP data tools in S/4HANA toolset.
 Strong project management skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 5 years FI/CO/PA and accounting knowledge essential.
 Knowledge of Finance Data, SAP tables and processes P2P, O2C, R2R, (AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, etc)
