We are seeking a highly experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join a prestigious skin clinic in Holborn, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with at least 3 years of experience in a skin clinic setting.

Key Details:

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Location: Holborn, London
• Reports to: Aesthetic Manager

Position Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner who has worked closely with aesthetic services and is familiar with Care Quality Commission requirements. You will be responsible for managing your own column, driving service and retail sales, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer a wide range of aesthetic treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Advanced Electrolysis, and more
• Manage your own diary and focus on increasing sales
• Provide excellent customer service and treatment recommendations
• Assist with administration and desk cover as needed
• Comply with CQC regulations and clinic policies
• Promote product sales and treatment courses

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a skin clinic
• Excellent knowledge of aesthetic treatments and CQC standards
• Strong sales skills and high conversion rate
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
