Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching and looking to gain classroom experience before committing to teacher training? Perhaps you're interested in SEN, behaviour or becoming a subject teacher and are looking for an insight into the education sector before applying for a PGCE?

Tradewind is continuing to support Hertfordshires Graduates with school placements in some of the Counties best Secondary Schools.

This is a great opportunity for graduates who are keen to gain valuable experience in the education sector while exploring the possibility of a career in teaching.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to work with students ranging from years 7 - 13 or with pupils with mild special educational needs in a mainstream setting.

• A strong degree with a minimum of 2:2
• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• A desire to investigate education as a potential career option
• Some understanding or experience of SEN (if looking for a role in an SEN setting)
