Position: Repairs Surveyor Location: Central London Borough
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough property inspections to identify repairs and maintenance requirements. Preparing detailed reports outlining necessary repairs, cost estimates, and recommended solutions. Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure quality workmanship. Managing repair schedules and coordinating timely completion of projects. Communicating effectively with residents to address concerns and provide updates on repair progress. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to repairs and maintenance activities.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
✔️ Proven experience as a Repairs Surveyor in a residential setting. ✔️ Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or a related field. ✔️ Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices. ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Central London Location: Work in the heart of the city with convenient access to public transportation.
Rate: £33.07 Umbrella
Duration: Initial 3 months
