What are we recruiting for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Manager at Bohomoon, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing?

• Craft dynamic financial strategies to drive Bohomoon's growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to guide financial decisions.
• Provide actionable insights into financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Present compelling financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs effectively.
• Monitor banking activities and implement cash management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve financial excellence and support Bohomoon's creative vision.

What will you bring to the party?

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
