Join Our Client’s Team as a New Installations Business Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme

Location: Fully Remote, UK National Coverage

As a key member of the Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and promoting a range of cutting-edge security solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new sales leads, converting them into profitable installations.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare accurate job costings, and create comprehensive quotations.
• Collaborate closely with the installation department to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular business forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and nurture strong business relationships with clients.
• Maintain meticulous records using the client’s CRM system for effective reporting and analysis.
• Uphold a commitment to customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Person Specification:

• Essential experience in surveying and selling Automatic Gates and Barriers.
• Proven track record in front-line sales with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
• Strong knowledge of security product ranges.
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Professional demeanor with a keen attention to detail.
• Full clean driving license required.
