Supervisor

We are recruiting for an on site supervisor to work on a seasonal contract from September 2024-December 2024. Full training will be provided and continued support throughout the contract will be in place.
The job involves supervising a team of warehouse operatives who will be traveling from Worcester to site (Hereford, 45 minute journey) Monday -Sunday. Transport is provided (coach) and the supervisors role is to supervise staff at all times including: Inductions, training, health and safety, and travel.
The hours of work are 1.45pm-9.45pm Monday to Sunday, (travel pick up time is 12.45pm from Worcester). The days of work are flexible but all supervisors must be able to work a minimum of five days a week.
Pay rates are £15.52phr Monday-Friday and £19.18phr Saturday and Sunday, paid weekly.
The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, be confident in being able to manage a group of warehouse staff, and be able to complete basic administration. All other duties will be covered during on site training.
