Who we're looking for:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Account Director with at least 5 years of agency experience, preferably in packaging but branding experience will also be considered.

The role:

• Collaborate with their external new business agency to secure new client opportunities and lead the account moving forward.
• Take over existing accounts, driving client relationships and leading creative outputs from the studio team.

This role will involve a balance of new business responsibilities and managing existing accounts, with the aim of becoming a key figure at the agency.

The ideal candidate must be driven, knowledgeable about packaging, and able to provide guidance to clients. Additionally, they should be a team player, approachable, and friendly both internally and with clients.

Please note that while this role involves new business responsibilities, it is not a purely new business-focused position. The candidate should be motivated by the opportunity to bring on new clients and build relationships.

What's the package?

The full-time salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000, with £50,000 being the maximum unless there is a significant proven track record and relevance. Part-time options are open, with Friday as a required workday due to team scheduling. This could be a suitable role for a parent returning to work and seeking flexibility around school hours, with work required during school holidays as well.

Additional benefits include parking in Windsor, 28 days of annual holiday, and enrollment in the NEST government pension scheme.
