Our client is an agency based in the heart of Windsor (Free parking). Established over 30 years ago they lead strategy, design and artwork projects for major FMCG brands, cross category, from big new brand launches and refreshes to innovative extensions and flavour variants. Who we're looking for:

Account Manager with 2/3+ years experience - agency or inhouse, ideally with at least some branding experience but pack not a must. The key element is they are keen to learn, keen to progress and want to be in the above position in 2-3 years.

Their role will be:

To work alongside an Account Director to support on their current accounts, absorb the agencies ways of working, absorb packaging language and many different types of projects etc so they can have calls / respond to quotes and, in time, design developments directly to the client, simply being overseen by the Account Director.

In time this person will become strong enough to then become their own pillar.

This person must be driven and keen to succeed. They must however also be a team player, personal, warm, friendly - both internally and with clients.

What's the package?

Salary - Full time salary £30 - £40k.

This role must be full time, hybrid, min 3 days on site in Windsor

With parking in the heart of Windsor, 28 days annual holiday and usual NEST government pension.
