We are recruiting for the role of CFO Hub Manager as part of the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme. This helps give people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance providing services to support them in custody and in the community. We provide people with the skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose, for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending.

In this role you are responsible for the day-to-day performance and delivery of the team, including Support Workers, and Supply Chain Partners, supporting staff development and a culture of continuous improvement.  You will oversee the referral process, build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and lead the team to deliver effective performance to meet contractual and compliance obligations.

Location: Luton (Office and out in the community)

Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 per annum

We are looking for people who have:         

  • Experience in leading and coaching a team
  • Experience of using and analysing data to influence decision making
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of effective performance management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to team members.
  • Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an Enhanced level.
  • Access to a vehicle
