Evolve are recruiting for a leading medical device manufacturing organisation who is seeking a talented professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning, repairing and maintaining our clients’ products and providing support via email and phone to customers.

This is permanent position based in the West Midlands, working 5 days a week at the Head Office.

Ideal Requirements for a Workshop Service Engineer

  • Minimum of 3 years working in either Workship or Field Service roles.
  • Electrical or mechanical experience is desirable.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • ONC/HND/HNC Degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Role Responsibilities for a Workshop Service Engineer

  • To carry out repairs and service to the product range in-house.
  • Commission new instruments to factory requirements prior to delivery.
  • Complete all paperwork on time and to a high standard as required by the company.
  • Follow any processes and procedures to ISO 9000 / ISO13845 requirements or as directed by Health & Safety legislation.
