Quality Engineer's Company Benefits

£35K to £40k DOE, 23 Days Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Company Events, Free Parking and Development & Training and 37 hours a week Mon to Fri.

Quality Engineer's Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct investigations to quality problems
  • Maintain, manage and update QMS system
  • Maintain H&S
  • Good knowledge of using and programming CMM
  • Raise and investigate non-conformance
  • Maintain internal, suppler and external audits
  • Maintain and supporting achievement of and sustaining ISO9001, as well as preparing for IATF certification
  • Create and continuously improve quality processes and documentation to meet certification requirements
  • Goods in inspection

Quality Engineer's Persons Specifications include:

  • Prior experience in an quality-based position in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional focus on details
  • Capability to function efficiently under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of using and programming CMM
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience with both mechanical and electronic assembly and test
  • Full understanding of the 8D process and management
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF/AS9100
  • FMEA assessment
