Machine Operator

Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operating Specialist! You’ll ensure the highest quality standards in producing and packaging manufactured goods, directly supporting our Production Supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all products meet Production Standards (ISO13485) and customer specifications.
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Document Practice (GDP).
- Achieve hourly performance targets and minimize waste.
- Contribute to on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) goals.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with Operations, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with cleanroom experience.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and GMP procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working hours.
