£11.71 - £12.33/hour Accrue holiday pay

As a flexible support worker you will play  a cruical role in enhancing the well-being and development of children with learning disabilities.


Your responsibilities will include:

* Promoting independence and social inclusion
* Working as part of a established team
* Assisting with daily living tasks, including, meal preparation, activities in the service and much more.
*Going out on trips in the community
* Be engaging and interacting with the children at the service
* If you have any hobbies such as, playing music, arts, cooking etc that you can bring to the service

Requirements:

*Must have 12 months experience working supporting children or adults with learning disabilities.

* Possess a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel to the service.

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills

* Be able to work 25 hours+ a week
