A fantastic Birmingham based, SME construction consultancy are in need for a chartered Surveyors to work on exciting projects across a multitude of sectors.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is keen to take on career in a motivational, fun, and driven environment. If you are looking for experience in a growing company with exciting projects to work on and progression opportunities, this is a great opportunity for you.

You will not only be working closely with the Directors and Partners of the company, but also assisting and leading the team of assistants and graduates in order to progress.

You will be offered:

You will also be exposed to projects across all sectors, including unique projects such as film studios, galleries, sports stadiums, manufacturing warehouses, monuments and many more exciting builds.
  
Do you have the following?:

  • Consultancy background, with a proven track record of Cost Management. 
  • Quantity Surveying experience within Hotels, Build to Rent, and Commercial preferred. 
  • Good grasp of construction technology.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet specific deadlines with a flexible attitude to work.
  • Committed to Continuing Professional Development and commence assisting others to progress their professional chartership
