Your new company

  • One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, recognised globally. 

Your new role

  • Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial, public-attraction site based in Manchester.
  • You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site. 
  • Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
  • Engaging with the client and the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a caretaker, handyperson or maintenance role, preferably within a commercial environment would be ideal.
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.  
  • Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
