Your new company
- One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, recognised globally.
Your new role
- Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial, public-attraction site based in Manchester.
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
- Engaging with the client and the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a caretaker, handyperson or maintenance role, preferably within a commercial environment would be ideal.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
