Key Responsibilities:

• Press Setup: Installing plates, adjusting ink levels, and loading paper into feeders according to job specifications.
• Machine Operation: Operating presses to produce printed materials, ensuring top-notch print quality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Production Monitoring: Monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency, and minimize waste.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining machines to prevent malfunctions and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Press Operator or similar role,. 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct quality issues.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in a hot and noisy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
