Your role as Support Worker will require you to support our client with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy and challenging behaviour.

Our client requires support to access the community on the bus and likes to go to Chelmsford, Basildon and Colchester to the coffee shops, charity shops and garden centres.

This is a lovely role where reassurance, continuity and consistency are vital to their daily routines.

Support Worker Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year’s care experience based in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and Challenging behaviour and must have excellent communication skills.
