Your new company

• We are working with a globally and industry-leading defence facilities management company. To recruit for a Technical Asset Compliance Manager to take part in a growing team due to support compliance management across the contract.

Your new role  

• Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (on-site)
• You will playing a critical role managing building assets, validating and confirming Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and generating reports working to the SFG-20 Standard.
• Adding new level 4 assets and linking maintainable assets in line with SFG-20 Schedules.
• Updating and working with Project Managers with newer versions of SFG-20 and working with the Commercial team to identify cost implications.
• Using the SFG20 platform to schedule, validate and generate compliance reports for planned maintenance on a range of contracts.
• Reporting directly into the Technical Compliance Lead, whilst managing the asset managing function using the Maximo CAFM System.

What you'll need to succeed  

• At minimum of 2+ Years experience using SFG20 Application.
• A minimum of 2+ Years experience scheduling, validating and reporting PPM – Planned Preventive Maintenance.
• Ideally working for a private facilities management company or have worked in a similar field.
• Must live in a commutable distance to Liverpool and hold a Clean Driving License.
• Hold a growth mindset to want a long-term career and become a Technical Compliance Lead in the future.
