Technical Support Analyst – German Speaking

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you thrive on providing excellent customer service and support? We have the perfect opportunity for a fluent German speaker with IT support experience to join our client’s organisation and their expanding helpdesk based in High Wycombe.

The right candidate will be a team player who is technically minded, the type of person who values the customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem in the first place, and keen to use their languages within their role. Retail or POS support experience will be seen as a distinct advantage but is not essential. You will have a natural aptitude for problem solving and decision making.

The candidate should have:

  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Technical support or 1st Line Support experience within an IT environment
  • Experience of providing support over telephone, remote and email
  • Technical experience including MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration
  • Basic network support experience, TCP/IP, wifi, LAN, WAN, PC, laptop
  • Engaging communication skills with the ability to make decisions/ act on own initiative
