About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Production & Operations to lead and optimize our client's production team. You’ll be at the helm of production processes, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can foresee project needs and manage resources effectively, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.

What will I be doing?

• Leadership: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management: Structure and mentor a growing production team, including two Producers, ensuring optimal team performance and development.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and forecast for upcoming projects, aligning resources and timelines with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Manager to implement strategic growth initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Liaise with high-profile clients, translating their creative visions into tangible results.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously integrating best practices and new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the immersive experience industry.
