An extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fantastic brand based in Cheltenham. You will be a self-motivated individual and someone who loves marketing with a creative outlook. 

Your role will be to nurture the marketing team to develop and implement the yearly marketing plan and seasonal initiatives that drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement.

Offering a fantastic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits, working Monday – Friday, located in Cheltenham, with excellent working facilities and onsite parking.

Your Role: 

• Create and execute annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing strategies from initial concept to execution.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute integrated campaigns across ecom/ digital, social, PR and events.
• Build and implement marketing plan seasonally in alignment with Launch Plan
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specific growth areas.
• Work closely with ecom and digital marketing manager to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Drive footfall to physical touch points; events and retails spaces.
• Work with external agencies across paid social to increase customer acquisition.
• Work with PR to support collabs and explore and negotiate new collaborations that align with the brand values and business goals.
• Review and analyse data to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in marketing.
• Strong passion for brand elevation.
• Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player.
• Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes.
• Extremely organised.
• A full UK driving license.
