Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a provider of affordable housing, and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Day to Day repairs Surveyor to their busy Property team on a long term temporary contract.
You will ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales, quality standards and to the satisfaction of the tenant by pre inspections, specification of works and post inspections alongside regular contact with contractor and tenant.
