Your new company

• A global and industry-leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider, predominantly hard services.

Your new role

• Working Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial office building in Reading. 
• Overseeing a small team of engineer’s, working closely with the client to get involved in meetings, improvements for the team, driving performance and more.
• Managing all compliance including logbooks, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, quoting and any other ad-hoc duties required.
• Driving the team performance, technically assisting the team, dealing with sickness, holidays, toolbox talks, overseeing subcontractors etc. 
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties. 
• Managed/ Supervised a team previously would be ideal.
• Must hold Level 3 Electrical and 17th or 18th edition. 
• HVAP is highly desirable but NOT essential.
• Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing.
