The company:
A leading British manufacturer providing high-quality products internationally

Main duties:
Responsible for driving new business growth by strategically developing a robust distribution network throughout Europe to cater to diverse industry sectors.

The role:
- Drive new business and revenue streams and work closely with Head of sales
- Expand the company's network by partnering with European distributors
- Manage and implement the sales budget while meeting the predetermined sales targets
- Explore new applications, market and opportunities for existing product portfolios
- Maximize sales revenue by upselling and cross-selling product range to new clients and distributors
- Maintain proactive involvement, attendance to regular sales and management meetings
- Work within pricing guidelines to ensure company's success and profitability
- Attend trainings at UK office to develop relevant product knowledge
- Visiting clients in Europe on regular basis, up to 50% of the time

The candidate:
- Additional fluency in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in Business Development in Agricultural or Farming sectors.
- Experience taking existing products into new geographical areas and Europe specifically
- Influencer who can sell solution-based products around their features and benefits.
- Ability to demonstrate managing and dealing with distributor network.
- Independent and used to working remotely, self-motivated and driven by results
- Experience working within a SME manufacturing environment
- Flexible and willing to travel at short notice
