Boden Group are working exclusively with a leading FM provider who are searching for a talented and forward-thinking Account Manager to join their growing team.
Your new role
This role will play a crucial part in the business, the role will include.
- Deliver key services in Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical systems (M&E), Premises Management, Catering and Full Lifecycle replacement.
- Ensure all H& S and compliance remedial actions are completed on time and in full whilst analysing for improvement and or systemic errors
- Full P&L responsibility including invoicing and management of accrued income and debt management
- Commercial management and adherence with support from commercial manager
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an Account Manager that is passionate about meeting clients needs and ensuring the best service. You will need to have the following.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of all TFM
- Able to obtain a DBS
- Able to work off your own initiative
