Site Based Maintenance Electrician - FM

Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £44,000/annum Van + 25 days + 8% pension

The FM division of an international construction, engineering and FM contractor who have an enviable reputation for staff retention and employee welfare.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services within a large head office building.  
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and be responsible for general PPM's (tap temperatures, filter changing, flick tests). 
You will also help with quotes for additional projects and give technical advice as required. 
There is an electric van and charging station on site and you can use this van for commuting and personal use when not at work. 

There is no call out required for this role. 

The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician with experience of working in a facilities management environment. 
 

Salary and Package:
Basic £40,000 - £44,000 (40 hours per week) 
Electric Van (charging station on site) and electric charge card. 
8% pension
25 days holiday - rising to 28 plus bank holidays at the end of the year.  
BUPA and Denplan
Life insurance –2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
