We are currently searching for multiple Motor Claims Handlers to join our clients growing but already well established business. As an employee focussed business they are always looking to further develop their staff by providing them with industry related qualifications or further support & training from within. If you have motor claims experience whether that be FNOL, third party, personal injury or credit hire we would like to hear from you!

Motor Claims Handler duties:

• Handle First Notification Motor Claims
• Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
• Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
