About the Role:
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the metrology and calibration market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the metrology and calibration market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the metrology and calibration sector
- Collaborating with internal teams to support sales efforts and business goals
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing customer training on metrology and calibration solutions
- Supporting exhibitions, shows, and other marketing events focused on the metrology and calibration industry
- Managing sales budgets and providing sales forecasts for the metrology and calibration sector
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent. Proven experience in field-based sales within the metrology and calibration sector is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be a strong analytical thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the metrology and calibration industry. Proficiency in sales management tools and software (CRM) is also required.
The Package:
In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package. Basic - Between £35k to £45k. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the metrology and calibration sector.
