The Opportunity:

You’ll be the FBP supporting the COO senior leadership to build rapport and drive excellence withing the directorate teams whilst providing decision making support through providing first class financial information reporting and analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business performance.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and reporting to support decision-making and ensure financial targets are met.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving action plans.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in a senior finance role, ideally with experience in business partnering.
• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified – your expertise matters.
• Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and dive into the detail
• Communicator Extraordinaire: You can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
