Formulation Chemist

A new opportunity has arisen for a Formulation Chemist to join a world-leading laboratory at an exciting time of expansion!

We are looking for an experienced Analytical Chemist with experience in a GMP environment to join an analytical team, providing support throughout pharmaceutical product development in accordance with cGMP. You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Providing formulation expertise on inhaled and nasal dosage platforms
  • Support the manufacture of medicinal products in support of clinical trials
  • Carrying out testing of products using analytical chemistry techniques, including HPLC
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations

Applicants will ideally have:

  • A Chemistry (or related) degree
  • At least 2 years experience formulating and developing pharmaceutical, products working in a GMP environment; experience with inhaled medicines would be an advantage
  • Experience using analytical chemistry techniques including HPLC
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
