About Us:

We are a leading provider of fire protection solutions, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of sprinkler systems. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our sprinkler system projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of sprinkler system projects, from initial planning and design to installation and final handover.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including LPCB and other relevant certifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the fire protection or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of sprinkler systems and fire protection solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of LPCB standards and other industry regulations.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various project sites.
