Hardware Test Manager:

• Strategic thinker with background across electronics, mechanical and software testing, within a complex engineering product development environment
• Strong understanding of test automation and testing for all aspects of electronic and RF equipment
• Strengths in motivational leadership in a fast paced collaborative cross-functional engineering environment
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to drive technical direction in multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Eye for continuous improvement

Duties:

• Lead a team of 25-30 cross-functional Engineers with 4 Department Leads as direct reports
• Develop & implement test strategy for all aspects of electronics and RF equipment test
• Implement best practice in test methodologies, tools and technologies

Role:             Hardware Test Manager
Location:      Cambridge
